Engineered to a different standard

• Adsorption regeneration

  Acids, sludge, and oxidation products are removed through bauxite columns, restoring aged oil to fresh-oil specification rather than just cleaning it. The chemical decline that filtration and drying cannot touch is reversed.

• Sorbent reactivated in-system

  The bauxite is reactivated inside the unit and reused, up to 300 cycles on a single charge. A long campaign runs without the constant media changes regeneration normally demands.

• Corrosive sulfur removed

  DBDS and reactive sulfur taken below detectable levels, passing IEC 62535. The copper-sulfide attack that ages a transformer from the inside is stopped at the source.

• Sealed, online, no outage

  Works on an energized transformer, sealed against oil loss. Regeneration happens on the asset, without an outage and without transporting oil off-site.

• Regeneration, not replacement

  Aged oil is restored and goes back to work instead of being drained and burned. No waste oil to dispose of, no new oil to manufacture and ship. The most environmentally responsible thing a transformer oil can do is stay in service.

• Integrated drying and degassing

  Dehydration and degassing run in line with the adsorption, so the oil leaves dry, degassed, and chemically restored in one process.

• Runs itself. Watches itself.

  Fully automatic regeneration cycle under PLC control, with diagnostics and remote access. Manual controls are PLC-guarded, so the wrong move is blocked before it happens.

• Interlocked for every scenario

  Alarms, sensors, and interlocks across every condition the cycle can meet. Designed to run safely, attended or unattended.

• Connected as standard

  An integrated modem and on-board server push every reading to ekofluid.cloud. Your portal holds the full cycle history and the documentation. Log in and run the unit from any browser.

• Vacuum held to setpoint

  The vacuum stage for degassing is regulated automatically, set and held by the PLC through the cycle, with no air drawn into the process.

• Configurable adsorption banks

  Column count and bank layout are matched to the transformer, the oil volume, and the contamination state. One platform covers distribution assets to the largest power transformers.

• Mounted however the site needs

  Lifting points, optimized dimensions, and rugged enclosures. Stationary at a workshop or mobile to the substation, built to be moved between sites for regeneration campaigns.

• Access designed in

  Every valve reachable, every gauge readable, columns and service points laid out for the work. A dedicated review checks operator access on every build.

• Built to outlast the asset

  Black steel, fully welded, dual-coated and baked. Built for continuous, large-scale regeneration work and decades of hard use, in the factory or in the field.
