Full oil restoration to like-new condition

Restores degraded transformer oil to IEC 60422 specification. Acidity, tan delta, interfacial tension, breakdown voltage, and water content are returned to fresh-oil values. Performed on-site, on live transformers, using Ekofluid REOIL equipment.
